This inspirational photography image of Grandfather Mountain was taken up on the Blue Ridge Parkway, about 10 miles southwest of Blowing Rock, North Carolina. I was so blessed to be up on the mountain with my family on the peak weekend in October 2007. The views of the fall foliage were spectacular!
